Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze lab data to identify probable circuits, run post-layout simulations in Cadence, and determine root causes of issues
  • •Use lab equipment (DCA, spectrum analyzer) and Python scripts to support sustaining activities
  • •Design, layout, measure and productize ultra-deep sub-micron CMOS products and participate in peer reviews of complex IC designs
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Testing, ATE, reliability, packaging and hardware design
  • •Contribute to design methodology from conception to production and support ASIC integration

Key Requirements

  • •BSEE with 8+ years of experience or equivalent, or MS with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years, or equivalent
  • •Design, simulation and measurement of high speed ICs in at least three areas: high speed serial links, serdes, data converters, voltage regulators, output drivers, phase-locked loops, clock transmission/propagation, opamps, programmable gain amplifiers, and equalization
  • •Hands-on experience with lab equipment (DCA, spectrum analyzer) and Python scripting
  • •Experience designing, layout, measuring and productizing ultra-deep sub-micron CMOS products and participating in peer reviews of complex IC designs
  • •Collaborative work with cross-functional teams including Testing, ATE, reliability, packaging, and hardware design
