SRAM QA Engineer

Develop and execute QA methodologies for standard cell libraries and SRAM IP, including test plan creation, regression testing, and post-layout verification. Guide a group of engineers to deliver SRAM IP on schedule, review robustness reports and circuits, and identify gaps. Own delivery from SPEC through GDS and DK, assess PPA trade-offs, and use statistical/variation analysis to validate margins and reliability for process variations, including FINFET and RC fundamentals.
