Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and drive QA processes for standard cell libraries, including test plan development, regression testing, and post-layout verification.
  • •Design and verify circuits to meet customer performance and power specifications.
  • •Lead a group of engineers to deliver SRAM IP within required timelines.
  • •Own responsibility from SPEC through GDS and DK delivery, ensuring end-to-end readiness.
  • •Review circuits, robustness reports, and layouts to find and address robustness and competitiveness (PPA) issues.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 14 years of experience in relevant QA/design verification for SRAM/standard cell libraries.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of QA methodologies including test plan development, regression testing, and post-layout verification.
  • •Understanding of RC network and FINFET fundamentals, along with experience in custom or compiler SRAM/ROM development.
  • •Ability to analyze circuits, identify robustness gaps, and recommend solutions to improve robustness.
  • •Proficiency in quality assessment for digital circuit designs, including PPA (Power, Performance, Area) optimization and statistical/variation analysis.
