Job Summary

Support a team of Client Executives and Client Managers in a hybrid role, providing essential broker support, client servicing, and administration to Specialties (FSG) clients. Draft quotations, endorsements, and renewal documents; handle client queries; coordinate invoicing and premium calculations; participate in meetings, tenders, and renewals; build strong stakeholder relationships to enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and renewal reports for insurance policies
•Communicate with clients via phone, email and in-person meetings to support their insurance needs
•Directly manage client queries and act as a subject matter expert for portfolio needs
•Manage invoicing and perform complex premium calculations
•Attend client meetings, work on tender processes, renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties

Key Requirements

•General insurance experience or demonstrated passion for client service and developing an insurance career
•Experience supporting Senior Brokers or client accounts is highly regarded
•Tier 1 insurance qualification or willingness to obtain this qualification upon commencement
•Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
•Excellent attention to detail and a desire for ongoing professional development
