Own full-cycle recruiting across the company, proactively sourcing and closing candidates for all departments. Manage the Ashby ATS, build pipelines from scratch, run screens and interviews, and partner with hiring managers to prioritize needs and streamline the interview process. You’ll own recruiting data, dashboards, and play a key role in shaping Omniscient’s growth from a hands-on, autonomous position.
