Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the full project lifecycle from feasibility, business planning, and approvals through design, construction, and close-out
  • •Manage and control project budgets, cost plans, cash flow, and change management (CapEx and OpEx)
  • •Oversee consultants, contractors, landlords, and vendors to ensure performance and compliance
  • •Develop and manage project schedules, risk registers, and mitigation strategies
  • •Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate standards, and HSE requirements

Key Requirements

  • •10–18+ years in corporate real estate, workplace, commercial interiors, or capital project delivery
  • •Proven experience delivering complex office fit-outs, refurbishments, and/or multi-site programs
  • •Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and cost management
  • •Experience working with multinational clients or regional portfolios preferred
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline required
  • •Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, RICS, or equivalent preferred
