Lead project management consulting services for a high-profile client account across APAC, steering multi-use facility renovation projects from feasibility through close-out. Act as owner’s representative with on-site presence 3-5 days/week, overseeing budgets, schedules, vendors, and governance to drive value engineering and continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory, HSE, and corporate standards are met.
