Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker focused on consultative selling to identify and meet customers’ financial needs. Complete a 9-week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, leading to certification. Build customer profiles using Financial Needs Assessment, cross-sell retail products, use CAMP and marketing tools to reach customers, and support referrals to business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment).

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities, including presentations and community events.
•Own loan and bankcard process steps and participate in opening/closing processes for the financial center or bank mart as directed.

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to develop working knowledge of retail policies and procedures to use sound judgment.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
