Key Responsibilities

  • •Reimagine how GTM teams work with AI, moving from manual tool operation toward humans orchestrating AI-powered ways of working with human judgement where it matters.
  • •Partner with GTM leaders to identify, prioritize, and frame high-impact AI transformation opportunities.
  • •Lead solutions end to end: design, build, deployment, adoption, and improvement for complex initiatives.
  • •Design, build, test, and continuously improve reliable AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations using LLMs and enterprise data.
  • •Drive AI adoption by helping teams create reusable prompts, workflows, and AI-powered operating practices, and measure quality and business impact after launch.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years hands-on AI and automation experience, with broader experience delivering complex solutions in GTM engineering, solutions engineering, revenue operations, or related work.
  • •Experience redesigning workflows or operating models (not just automating isolated tasks).
  • •Independently lead complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous problem to measurable business impact.
  • •Strong automation capability using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable orchestration technologies.
  • •Hands-on production experience designing, building, deploying, and improving AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs, and enterprise data.
