Project Engineer, Construction - Surface (Patagonia, AZ, US, 85624)

Manage and coordinate construction activities for surface process facilities and onsite/offsite infrastructure, including roads, dams, water treatment plants, and power infrastructure. Lead contractor and subcontractor planning, scheduling, reporting, and execution while driving safety, environmental compliance, security, quality, community relations, and budget/timeline targets. Support sourcing strategy, budgets, schedules, reporting, change management, logistics, commissioning/HAZOP planning, VDC/BXP objectives, and regulatory and building code compliance.
