Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Southside Bank customer service standards with each customer interaction, providing accurate and efficient service.
  • •Process teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, change orders) and communicate account information accurately.
  • •Follow policies and compliance procedures to prevent fraud and comply with requirements such as CTRs, SARs, and Reg CC holds; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • •Maintain cash drawer limits and complete daily balancing; report cash outages to management.
  • •Meet operational and sales goals, including recognizing transactions as cross-sell opportunities and directing customers to other departments as needed.

Key Requirements
