Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Act as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC products and equipment at customer sites.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekend work as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.
