Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute vision, strategy, and roadmap for Missionforce product offerings, including tax and revenue, judicial systems, personnel management, social programs, and mission readiness.
  • •Dive into product/platform architecture to ensure it supports government and defense requirements.
  • •Plan and deliver feature work and compliance efforts by coordinating across development, testing, UX/design, security, legal, and operations.
  • •Collaborate with customers, partners, Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), and UX/user research teams to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
  • •Own product pricing/packaging strategy, lead GTM and cross-functional launch activities, and establish success metrics to track progress each release.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) living on U.S. soil and not hold dual citizenship; able to meet customer and government screening standards for the role.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of product management experience; significant public sector and defense experience strongly preferred.
  • •Proven ability to set a compelling product vision and lead cross-functional teams to deliver in regulated, high-stakes environments.
  • •Experience building and executing 2 to 3-year roadmaps anticipating and responding to mission and market needs.
  • •Deep knowledge of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and strong background in AI/ML and analytics, including security and compliance frameworks.
