Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer complex billing programs and projects, including establishing complex billing customer accounts in CIS (SAP) and overseeing complex billing.
  • •Analyze, reconcile, and rebill high-profile/high-revenue-impact accounts, including auditing customer accounts and maintaining accurate financial records and transactions.
  • •Represent and support multi-operational projects by defining system requirements, testing new functionality/enhancements, and analyzing/documenting system problems and defects.
  • •Lead teams, facilitate discussions, and make presentations to management and external customers while supporting internal consultation and technical Q&A for customers and employees.
  • •Develop and maintain metrics and reporting for special projects and business unit processes, using continuous improvement tools to identify defects and improve processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related) with 3 years relevant experience in areas like complex billing and system functionality, or an Associate’s degree with 4 years, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 5 years.
  • •Advanced analytical and project management skills.
  • •Effective verbal and written communication skills with individuals at all levels, inside and outside the company.
  • •Proficiency using Microsoft Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • •Working knowledge of revenue processes/accounting and customer billing policies, practices, and procedures.
