Key Responsibilities

•Strategic advisory and leadership support; actively participate in BU and leader meetings as a Trusted Advisor for management.
•Facilitate and present results from the annual employee survey (Devomood) and, with leaders, create concrete action plans to strengthen work culture.
•Support strategy days and kick-offs to ensure HR initiatives align with business goals.
•Onboarding excellence through follow-up meetings with new hires and tailored onboarding for new leaders; coordinate annual performance and salary reviews locally.
•Act as a bridge between management and employees through ongoing, constructive dialogue and conduct exit interviews to capture insights for retention improvements.

Key Requirements

•Experience as HRBP, HR-generalist or People Partner; experience from IT, technology or consulting is a strong advantage.
•Solid knowledge of Norwegian labor law, with practical experience in personnel matters, sickness absence follow-up and performance management.
•Trives in a collaborative Nordic team across borders and can scale Nordic HR concepts to fit the Norwegian culture.
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills in Norwegian and English.
•Proactive and solution-oriented with analytical thinking and high empathy.
