  • •Program manage complex cross–supergroup initiatives that contribute to top company goals.
  • •Partner with Group Leadership to deliver Canva’s highest-priority multi-disciplinary programs.
  • •Influence senior stakeholders on delivery trade-offs, sequencing, and company-wide process decisions.
  • •Improve group delivery through planning hygiene, roadmap visibility, decision-making practices, cross-team governance, and scalable ways of working.
  • •Track delivery status, manage risk, and untangle dependencies; support engineering leads with milestones, prioritisation, estimation, and capacity planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of Technical Program Management experience at a SaaS company.
  • •Experience operating at Staff TPM scope in complex product/platform organizations delivering across 100+ people with company-spanning dependencies.
  • •Proven multi-geo management experience bridging ANZ, US, and East/Southeast Asian teams.
  • •Driven delivery for complex web applications and complex engineering environments, ideally with teams working in Video, Computer Graphics, or Rendering technologies.
  • •Deep understanding of product development methodologies with comfort in technical concepts and leading technical change in engineering processes.
