Job Summary

Provide technical support for semiconductor equipment at a specific customer, including escalations, fleet performance, installations, upgrades, and improvement programs. Act as an intermediary between the customer and the division, supporting field engineers and product support personnel with documentation and troubleshooting. Deliver Alpha/Beta site support for new hardware/process/software, initiate and review ECOs, generate system performance metrics (MTBF/MTBI/availability), and ensure field implementation of technical upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

•Own technical support for a specific customer, including escalations, fleet performance, installations, improvement programs, and upgrades.
•Serve as intermediary/field escalation focal point between the customer and division by providing technical support and documentation for troubleshooting and repairs.
•Provide Alpha Site and Beta Site support for new hardware, processes, software designs, and customer tool installations, operations, calibration, service, and testing.
•Initiate and review ECOs to ensure the data supports fixes and communicate follow-ups to the field.
•Generate and present system performance and process data (e.g., MTBF, MTBI, availability, process data, I/W spending analysis) and support documentation (CENs, BKMs) and field implementation.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with wafer fabrication semiconductor tools such as CVD, PVD, and Etch.
•Relevant engineering education qualification.
•Ability to work with deadlines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including customers.
•Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
•Support technical activities related to equipment installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing.
