Job Summary

Drive Dyson product sales across the responsible district by spotting sales opportunities in performance data and setting targets for the region and individual distributors. Manage distributor and store-channel relationships, oversee daily store execution (standards, inventory, sample machines, GWP), and lead employee training. Oversee distributor contract/rebate processes, sell-in targets, expense handling, and profit/risk management while shaping distribution point and city development strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell Dyson products in the responsible area according to company goals and performance targets.
•Analyze sales data to identify sales opportunities and set goals to increase sales across the region and distributors.
•Manage distributors, sales operations managers, and product experts, and maintain strong relationships with store managers.
•Oversee daily channel/store management including display standards, sample machines, GWP, and inventory management.
•Manage and train employees in the region and support distributor contract, sell-in target, expense, and profit/risk processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above (business majors preferred).
•5-8 years of retail sales management experience in department stores, electrical appliances, supermarkets, or beauty channels.
•Strong ability to manage, train, and motivate a sales team to improve performance.
•Strong stress resistance with excellent communication, coordination, and customer service awareness.
•Proficient in office software (PPT skills) and basic English reading and writing.
