Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, track, and move parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next location.
  • •Coordinate physical movement of parts across receiving inspection, stock rooms, and production work centres.
  • •Maintain clean and accurate MRP/ERP data and resolve incorrect system data driving inaccurate reports.
  • •Communicate blockers and support root-cause work for part shortages; support logistics staging of workflow.
  • •Support management of material certifications and assist with return-to-stock and inventory purge actions.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years handling parts in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • •2+ years as a production coordinator or warehouse associate using digital planning systems.
  • •Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • •Experience with MRP/ERP/MES and/or warehouse management and inventory control tooling (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle).
  • •Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
