Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover actionable insights for Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals.
  • •Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards by integrating diverse data sources for accurate, timely business metrics.
  • •Apply data validation and quality checks to ensure integrity and reliability of analytics outputs.

  • •Proficiency in SQL, including Snowflake and SAP HANA, and experience with data querying, reporting, and visualization tools.
  • •Good understanding of database systems, data modeling techniques, and data management best practices.
  • •Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
