Assistant Store Leader

Lead day-to-day store operations and partner with the Store Leader to maximize productivity and profitability. Set the tone on the sales floor by coaching service and driving omnichannel/virtual selling, loyalty, and clienteling. Recruit, develop, and coach a diverse team while monitoring KPIs and performance. Ensure brand and visual standards, oversee cash handling and loss prevention, manage schedules and payroll budgets, and support inventory accuracy.
