Manufacturing Engineer Specialist

Provide technical and procedural support for Machining manufacturing to enable aggressive production and ensure first-run product qualification. Partner across engineering, production planning/leaders, technicians, and subject matter experts to support project delivery while maintaining quality, traceability, and compliance. Lead small groups of manufacturing engineers, manage risk/cost/quality escalations, and apply engineering project management, machining/qualification, and Lean continuous improvement practices.
