Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system based on demand signals, MRP recommendations, and internal requests.
  • •Track and update PO status to ensure suppliers acknowledge, confirm, and deliver orders on time.
  • •Manage order updates including reschedules, cancellations, and expedite requests in coordination with Global Supply Managers.
  • •Follow up with suppliers to monitor order progress, resolve delivery issues, and maintain accurate ship dates.
  • •Support “Clear to Build” reviews and escalate material availability gaps; maintain records for traceability and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Business, or equivalent; 3+ years of relevant experience may substitute.
  • •1+ years of demonstrated success in a supply chain role.

  • •Knowledge of enterprise applications (PLM, ERP, MES) and ability to analyze data.
