Job Summary

Lead end-to-end creative projects for high-visibility digital marketing campaigns, shaping AI-assisted design workflows and assets for paid and organic media. Based in Madrid, you’ll mentor junior designers, set AI-enabled production standards, and drive performance-driven creative across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube in a hybrid Madrid-based team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and elevate creative execution for high-visibility digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
•Design and deliver best-in-class video and static assets, from key visuals and motion pieces to thumbnails, end screens, hero assets & organic and paid media assets.
•Focus on producing assets with AI tools, defining workflows that accelerate ideation, production, localization, and iteration at scale.
•Leveraging AI platforms to produce 100% of assets in creative production for paid & organic media, hero assets, landing page assets, editing and other adhoc requests.
•Prototype, pitch, and validate new creative formats using insights from performance data, platform trends, and audience behavior.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of professional experience in digital design, motion, video, AI production, ideally in fast-paced or performance-driven environments.

•Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives and how design decisions impact results.
•Advanced proficiency in tools such as: Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator; Generative AI tools for image, video, copy, and ideation.
•Fluent in Spanish and English.
