Job Summary

Structure, draft, and negotiate compute-focused contracts for the business—covering hardware and data center arrangements, customer agreements, and related compute/cloud legal work. Serve as product counsel on legal and regulatory compliance, advising across procurement, intellectual property, insurance, privacy, and export control. Collaborate with commercial-legal, procurement, finance, and corporate teams while building legal templates and guidelines to help scale the Compute operation.

•Act as product counsel for the Compute business, advising on legal and regulatory compliance.
•Advise across legal topics including procurement, intellectual property, insurance, privacy, export control, and customer support.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial-legal, procurement, finance, and other corporate functions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in law (LLB, LLM, or Juris Doctor preferred) from an accredited European law school; admission to practice elsewhere is a plus.
•Minimum 8 years of relevant legal experience, including in-house experience in the technology space.
•Strong experience structuring and negotiating compute or infrastructure deals with understanding of cloud and technology industries.
•Knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing, and their applications.
•Strong analytical skills to assess complex contract structures and legal risks, plus excellent negotiation and communication skills.
