Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee server management and drive adoption of proper file organization, including final art portfolio archiving standards.
  • •Own and enforce project processes and workflows across all teams from kickoff through delivery, including documentation requirements.
  • •Manage traffic by allocating resources based on workload, skill sets, and timelines; keep tasks current and aligned to deadlines.
  • •Track PTO and assess resource impact on schedules; build and maintain detailed project schedules and team assignments.
  • •Support new business process and procedures by maintaining proposal and case study templates and ensuring Keynote/PowerPoint template consistency and version control.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of work experience in project management, traffic management, or operations within an advertising, digital, or media agency environment.
  • •Strong understanding of agency workflow from briefing through production and launch.
  • •Experience managing scheduling tools and resource allocation systems (Webvantage experience preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to enforce process while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities under deadline pressure, with strong communication and leadership skills.
