Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for a central AI platform.
  • •Contribute to core platform components and integrations for prompt/workflow management, evaluation and tracing, and cost/usage/performance monitoring.
  • •Build and operate vector database and retrieval infrastructure for search and AI discovery experiences.
  • •Design and develop RAG pipelines and agentic workflows connecting content, data, and AI models.
  • •Develop infrastructure for AI application creation/management, including metadata, observability, and access controls.

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of software engineering experience focused on backend development.
  • •2+ years of experience in one or more backend languages such as Python or Go.
  • •Experience building and operating production APIs and services.
  • •Exposure to building applications with large language models (LLMs), including orchestration and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • •Experience with security, code quality, and system observability practices in backend development.
