Key Responsibilities

  • •Process Technical Logs and all Aircraft Utilisation daily.
  • •Assist the Team Leader with collating data for reports and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • •Perform regular internal QA audits of maintenance data entered into TRAX.
  • •Monitor the Pending Technical Records report and ensure component changes are expedited within the required 7-day KPI.
  • •Escalate complex issues impacting component change completion or compliance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance targets are achieved as a Safety Leader.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Technical Records processing within aviation.
  • •Proficiency using Microsoft suite or other software solutions.
  • •Proven customer service skills, including identifying customer needs and resolving issues.
  • •Database maintenance and data tracking experience.
  • •Experience with TRAX or a similar Maintenance Information System (MIS) is highly regarded.
