Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service and engage customers to understand business requirements.
  • •Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, explaining product capabilities and design decision benefits/risks.
  • •Support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects, troubleshooting configuration to meet business requirements.
  • •Conduct Ask-an-Expert research and deliver configuration guidance, demos, and troubleshooting responses.
  • •Partner with Engagement Managers to deliver feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, and health checks; support additional services like webinars and tenant reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition product area.
  • •3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME.
  • •Demonstrated grasp of HR systems and processes, including learning Workday concepts and new feature releases in Core HCM.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or related experience; certified (or ability to certify) in Workday HCM products and deploy solutions.
