  • •Build scalable interviewer enablement programs with scorecard design, structured interview methodology, and bias-reduction practices
  • •Drive change management for new selection/assessment programs, including enablement materials, communications, and adoption tracking
  • •Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics and use data to validate effectiveness and iterate on evaluation criteria

Key Requirements
