Key Responsibilities

•Conduct needs analysis with customers, distributors, and end users to identify opportunities and meet sales targets.
•Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and maintain aligned performance.
•Identify, qualify, and follow up on new leads; build and maintain a project pipeline with opportunity assessments.
•Provide technical advice, product specifications, and application solutions; deliver product and brand training to customers and converters.
•Maintain accurate CRM records, manage customer relationships, resolve complaints within 24 hours, and support account activities including pricing and rebate negotiations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years of proven external field sales and customer service experience in a technical or industrial environment.
•Experience engaging with multi-tiered distribution channels, including distributors, converters, and end users.
•Technical product knowledge and strong ability to solve production and technical issues using product application expertise.
•Thorough understanding of the Kenya and South Africa markets and regional business dynamics.
•Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for regional travel.
