Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare documentation for project design submission.
  • •Review specifications and provide technical solutions; prepare software flowcharts and complete programming work, identifying and removing programming defects.
  • •Lead testing and commissioning activities.
  • •Coordinate and delegate duties across team members, labor, and subcontractors; coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to complete work on time.
  • •Liaise with customer site coordinators/inspectors/engineers, prepare project documents (progress reports, meeting minutes, commissioning reports), and ensure safety and healthy working environment procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical or Building Services or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 6 years of project experience.
  • •Proven project management track record with at least 4 years of experience.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Honeywell systems/products, including Building Control and Extra Low Voltage System (or similar).
  • •Experience with BMS, PLC, Tridium platform, plus computer systems such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and software programming.
