Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line brand ambassador. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while meeting personal and store sales goals via cross-selling and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising, while following retail and asset protection procedures.
