•Design, estimate, and implement technical solutions for medium/high complexity applications.
•Participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle and collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
•Research and propose AI-driven solutions to accelerate the SDLC and address business challenges.
•Recommend IT industry standards and tools (e.g., DevOps) to deliver well-engineered software products.
•Propose improvements, escalate risks/issues, and participate in reviewing work done by development team members.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in software development.
