Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to guests with a cheerful, efficient, professional attitude
  • •Welcome and acknowledge Foundation Room members, executives, and VIPs; provide upscale service
  • •Maintain responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and House of Blues policies, including ID checks
  • •Prepare beverages according to recipes and venue specifications; record equipment failures and safety hazards
  • •Suggestively sell beverages and menu items, deliver orders promptly, and handle guest checks and payments per policy

Key Requirements

  • •Louisiana Responsible Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent)
