Job Summary

Lead the evolution of the HR tech stack by building secure, scalable Workday integrations and AI-driven People & Culture solutions. Own cross-platform workflows bridging Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and other HR tooling, and implement multi-agent, AI-assisted development to accelerate data mapping and automation. Partner with HR and IT executives, develop ROI business cases, and deliver integration and custom AI applications on time using agile, test-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full lifecycle of cross-platform People & Culture solutions bridging Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and broader HR tooling to deliver secure, scalable employee experiences.
•Evaluate, design, and implement AI-driven HR solutions using AI applications, AI-assisted coding, and multi-agent orchestration to accelerate development and improve data mapping.
•Serve as senior subject matter expert and strategic partner to HR, Payroll, and IT executives, translating AI capabilities into actionable business value.
•Drive AI and People & Culture technology investments by building data-driven business cases with clear ROI and defining adoption success metrics.
•Develop and execute agile implementation plans and robust test plans to ensure Workday integrations and custom AI applications are delivered on time and bug-free.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 134,400 - 168,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes in your domain.
•8+ years of software engineering or systems integration experience, including at least 4 years of architectural-level understanding of Workday Integrations (Payroll Integrations, Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday Studio, and advanced reporting like BIRT or Custom RaaS APIs).
•Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), or MCP frameworks into enterprise workflows, including AI prompting techniques and AI-assisted development practices.
•Proven ability to lead agile teams, manage vendor relationships, and thrive in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment.
•Demonstrated ability to build business cases, justify investments, and measure ROI of People & Culture technology solutions.
