Key Responsibilities

•Lead large proposals and can lead small to medium proposals (cross regions or business lines) from capture through interview stages as required.
•Coordinate content and information for qualifications and proposals, including schedule, templates, compliance, content plan and production; provide conceptual leadership for document design; may serve as lead writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections.
•Facilitate color review (Pink and Red team) reviews and apply lessons learned to add value to proposals; manage revisions based on review teams.
•Participate in go/no-go and greenlight analyses, capture planning and positioning activities pertaining to proposal preparation.
•Complete internal debriefs for proposals led and review client feedback to ensure continuous improvement; ensure knowledge of company quality procedures and approval processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
•At least four (4) years Bid support experience, preferably within a professional services firm in a similar industry
•Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and procedures, work processes, and tools as related to proposal management of RFQ/P responses
•Experienced in proposal and presentation writing and production
•Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint; understanding of graphic design and brand guidelines; Salesforce experience would be highly regarded (InDesign is a plus)
