Job Summary

Ensure smooth delivery of exhibition projects by managing exhibitor materials, coordinating contractors and venue/supplier operations, and supporting technical readiness for stands and on-site services. Oversee on-site office and showtime logistics, including ceremonies, room setup, shuttle schedules, parking, signage, and emergency procedures. Resolve operational issues quickly, support safety and sustainability initiatives, and handle post-show reviews, invoicing, and file archiving.

•Manage on-site billing, resolve operational problems, and complete post-show reviews with prompt invoicing and archiving.

•Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and maintain high attention to detail.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and strong communication/time-management skills.
