•Develop, document, and own training programs, SOPs, and job instructions that define Spreetail's operating model and are actually used.
•Audit training completion and safety compliance across home and regional FCs, travel at least 25% to deliver in person.
•Develop and execute retention programs that connect associates to meaningful outcomes through development, recognition, and engagement.
