Key Responsibilities

•Define and communicate product vision, roadmaps, and OKRs/KPIs aligned to mission outcomes.
•Engage with CCMD stakeholders and Product Owners to prioritize and refine ART-level Use Cases and Epics.
•Own ART-level prioritization and ensure Epics/Use Cases are clearly defined before decomposition by teams.
•Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning and coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and data analytics.
•Provide direction to ensure delivery aligns with mission outcomes and prioritizes high-value capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
•At least 8 years of product management experience with a track record of shipping complex software, data, or analytics products end-to-end.
•At least 5 years of experience operating in a SAFe environment, including direct ownership of a program backlog and active leadership in PI Planning.
•At least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional teams of engineering, UX, and data/analytics disciplines.
•At least 3 years of experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or federal customers with understanding of mission workflows and acquisition environments.
