Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and/or assist with layout, installation, maintenance, and repair of high-speed packaging, processing, and mixing equipment and associated piping/utility systems.
  • •Serve as an electrical systems SME and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical malfunctions.
  • •Read and interpret advanced mechanical/electrical drawings and blueprints.
  • •Perform PLC, servo motor, and VFD troubleshooting; support minor programming as needed.
  • •Maintain required paperwork and documentation for regulatory compliance and equipment maintenance history, including emergency response assignments and safe housekeeping practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of manufacturing experience, with high-speed packaging equipment experience preferred.
  • •Associates and/or bachelor’s degree in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines preferred.
  • •Electrical certification and NFPA 70E training preferred.
  • •Knowledge of preventative maintenance (PM) techniques and ability to implement improvements from vendor/OEM manuals.
  • •PLC programming and troubleshooting experience is a must.
