Senior Data Analyst, Marketing Performance

Own the end-to-end marketing data lifecycle for the Slack marketing organization. Build and maintain scalable SQL data models, automate ETL/ELT with visual prep tools, and ensure data quality in cloud warehouses. Create and evolve Tableau dashboards that translate KPIs into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Conduct deep-dive SQL analyses on campaign and funnel performance and support A/B testing to measure incremental impact.
