Install residential solar and battery systems as part of a construction team, partnering with a Foreperson and Lead Installer to complete projects end-to-end. Follow safety procedures, review inventory and truck readiness, assemble modules and racking, apply weather sealing, and perform thorough clean-up of the site and vehicle. Support training on new products and installation methods while meeting due dates and job metrics in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
