Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of project management for individual real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Develop scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates/budget, work plan schedule and milestones, and quality control and risk identification.
  • •Interface with clients to define project requirements and facilitate project meetings, including communication plan and project reporting/meeting minutes.
  • •Implement project documentation governance, ensuring accurate, timely, coordinated project data and documentation integrity.
  • •Conduct change management and risk management routines: assess change requests, secure client approvals, issue change orders, and develop mitigation/contingency action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering (Mechanism, Electrical) degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or equivalent related experience.
  • •Prior project management experience (preferred).
  • •Ability to read, understand, and apply standard real estate project documents including agreements/contracts, leases, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • •Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work with MS Project (knowledge helpful).
