Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct comprehensive family medicine consultations (telehealth and in-person) using patient history and physical exams, and deliver diagnosis and management plans.
  • •Provide chronic disease management and preventive care consultations and follow-up according to clinical guidelines.
  • •Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans, including medication management, referrals, and lifestyle modifications.
  • •Document findings and treatment plans accurately in patient records while using telehealth platforms and ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Key Requirements
