Job Summary

Serve as an HR Business Partner advanced consultant to business units, advising leaders and employees on performance management, compensation, employee relations, organization design, policy interpretation, and training. Monitor HR metrics and provide consultative guidance to resolve complex conflicts and improve retention and engagement. Partner on talent acquisition, onboarding, interviewing and hiring, performance evaluations, succession planning, and employee development while supervising 1–2 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic consultation on complex HR matters aligned to departmental and organizational goals and objectives.
•Advise managers and employees on performance management, compensation, employee relations, employee communications, organization design, policy interpretation, and legal compliance.
•Resolve complex conflicts and employee relations issues, addressing grievances and workplace situations using a collaborative and consultative approach.
•Monitor HR metrics (e.g., staffing levels) and support strategies to improve productivity, retention, and engagement.
•Support talent acquisition activities (interviewing/hiring, orientation, training, exit procedures), deliver performance evaluations and counseling, and coach and train employees while supervising 1-2 direct reports.

•Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data, HR reports, and apply policies and regulations to specific facts.
•Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently managing multiple projects.
