•Design intuitive and engaging experiences for TikTok’s professionally generated content (PGC) platform for a global user base.
•Collaborate closely with product managers, UX researchers, writers, and engineers to bring product ideas to life.
•Drive the full product development lifecycle from conceptualization to pixel-perfect execution.
•Rapidly prototype new ideas and design user flows informed by data and user research.
•Continuously refine the product experience, owning usability, consistency, and user satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Proven UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showing multiple projects from concept to launch.
•Rapidly generate and iterate on a wide range of design concepts and solutions.
•Open to feedback, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions, ideas, and user value.
•Global outlook and interest in international digital products and user behavior.
