Senior Electrical Engineer, Hardware Test (R5154)

Own the design, validation, and deployment of advanced test systems for X-BAT’s critical components and subsystems. Architect PCB/test interfaces spanning power electronics, RF, and communications, and develop automated test sequences in Python. Build and integrate custom test fixtures (relays, PLCs, PCBAs, harnessing) and execute hands-on HASS, ESS, and HALT testing to validate performance in harsh environments. Drive design-for-testability reviews and mentor junior engineers.
