Job Summary

Provide technical leadership in designing and presenting solutions for customers, advising the Sales team on account penetration and pre-sales implementations. Build strong partner/customer relationships, drive POCs and RFPs, and ensure successful adoption and value realization of products within customer IT environments.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a subject matter expert in technical/solutions design of the company products/services.
•Collaborate with the Sales team in qualifying opportunities, supporting and advising on the technical aspect of the sales lifecycle including technical qualification, presentation of solution proposals and high-level designs and demonstrations.
•Run, manage and drive proof of concepts (POC) and request for proposals (RFP) and close opportunities from a pre-sales and implementation perspective.
•Build sound relationships with partners and customers in support of sales objectives;
•Lead technical sales calls and manage adoption, integration and value generation of offered products/services within the customer/partner business and related IT infrastructure.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
•10+ years of successful technical systems experience in sales engineering or professional services within security/data protection.
•Deep technical expertise across Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Security, Email Security, and Network Security.
•Previous customer-facing experience in roles such as Consultant, Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Pre-Sales Engineer.
•Strong communication skills in English and ability to engage with a wide range of technical staff and leaders.
