Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive product from press, stack and place on pallets; ensure correct loading and pallet label printing using Pecas.
  • •Review jobs for quality and accuracy to ensure jobs are complete and error-free; notify operators of problems/errors.
  • •Support make-ready and downtime activities, including press setup/breakdown tasks, cylinder/roller changes, and assisting when the press is down.
  • •Perform required clean-up and maintenance around the press area, including mopping, solvent/varnish handling, and doctor blade setup/removal per safety procedures.
  • •If applicable, perform Gluer GT and forklift driver duties such as feeding/palletizing product and safe material handling, loading/unloading, and completing required paperwork.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 years related production experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Very good mechanical and physical ability, including the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and kneeling.
  • •Lift truck operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of all company equipment.
  • •Ability to perform any additional tasks required by department leads, shift leads, operators, or management, including rotating shifts and being available to work over 8 hours as needed.
  • •Must understand and comply with OHSE obligations and follow established procedures for handling and disposal of hazardous materials/waste.
