Lead a production team responsible for manufacturing and finishing “produits 1 mètre” at the Rodange site. You organize the workshop in shift schedules, ensure safety, environment, and health rules are followed, and optimize resources to meet volume, quality, service, and cost targets. Act as an active relay for Lean/6 Sigma, propose improvement ideas, and manage specific projects while coordinating effectively with your team and support departments.
