Job Summary

Drive sales and marketing of mortgage loan products by executing mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals. Build strong knowledge of mortgage policies, procedures, and investor guidelines, provide clients sound mortgage advice, and manage a consistent referral process to connect clients with additional Truist services. Support mortgage loan fulfillment by assisting with document follow-up for quality control or post-closing review.

•Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet or exceed agreed mortgage production goals.
•Maintain thorough knowledge of Truist mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines.
•Provide mortgage clients sound advice based on their needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.
•Consistently execute Truist’s referral process by introducing clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
•Assist mortgage loan fulfillment with document follow-up involving clients, attorneys, or appraisers as determined by quality control or post-closing review.

Key Requirements

•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
